Many rumors say the fortune option is based on luck when upgrading items. This is not true. Instead, it is based on your current Yang drop. Whenever you interact with her and click this option, your yang drop will vary between -10% and +10%. In case of bad luck. 'Normal' luck means there is no decrease nor increase of your yang drop. The whole effect is active for 1 hour.
